A member of the fund retiring from the service due to disability, for those who retiring from service on completion of 60 years/resignation/death will be refunded the full amount in the PF account with interest fixed by the Government.

In the case of voluntary retirement of member, an amount will be given to only after forefeted from the PF account as per the scheme.

An employee had to continuous service of not less than one year is eligible for gratuvity. The gratuvity will be given on the basis of service on superannuation/resignation/death.

50% of the pension amount is allowed as family pension for the dependents of the deceased Pensioners.

A member of the fund has been working in an establishment for not less than ten years shall also be eligible for pension on superannuation. As well as those who have been members of the Welfare Fund for three years before 2012 pension amendment order and those who have completed 60 years of age are eligible for the pension. Depending on the service the minimum pension ranges from 2000 to 5000.
